Hi, I'm Wayne

I’m a User Researcher II at BlackLine who lives in San Francisco, California. I embrace human-centered design! I have been studying users, designing experiences and working with multidisciplinary teams on delivering elegant solutions since 2014. Prior to joining BlackLine, I worked in the railroad industry as a UX Designer at Wi-Tronix and have helped them to build successful product experiences. These experiences have awarded me opportunities to work closely with customers, engineers, stakeholders, and trained me on how to approach complex problems with solutions that drive business goals while empowering users.

Currently, I work for BlackLine as a User Researcher. Prior to joining BlackLine, I worked for Wi-Tronix as a User Experience Designer helping them to build successful product experiences.

I received my bachelors degree from Tufts University in "Engineering Psychology (Human Factors)". Following two years later, I received my masters degree from DePaul University in "Applied Human-Computer Interaction".
